Getting Help

The first point of contact for any technology related question or problem is the Technology Service Desk. On the South Orange the Service Desk is located in Corrigan Hall. On the Interprofessional Health Sciences (IHS) Campus it is located on the first floor in the Information Commons.

The Technology Service Desk is staffed by IT professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Laptop Support is located in the lower level of Corrigan Hall on the South Orange campus and in the Information Commons on the Interprofessional Health Sciences (IHS) Campus.
