In collaboration with the University's schools and colleges, the Senior Associate Provost develops policies that support academic excellence, guides the University's academic and strategic plan initiatives, and supports the Catholic mission. Continuing Education and Professional Studies, the Core and Centers report to the Senior Associate Provost.

The Interim Associate Provost of Research and Innovation supervises activities under the Office of Grants and Research, to guarantee compliance with processes and procedures. The Interim Associate Provost of Research & Innovation oversees undergraduate and graduate research and innovation programs, such as undergraduate research initiatives, showcases, competitions, and national and international awards.

The Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs promotes the operational efficiency, compliance, and reporting infrastructures in the Office of the Provost, and provides leadership for the University's graduate education initiatives and enrollment. In addition, the Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs oversees the Office of Institutional Research and the Office of International Programs and works with the administrators and faculty of the various schools and colleges to promote credit bearing programs, and provides effective coordination and communication, to both internal and external constituencies regarding various matters in Academic Affairs.

The Associate Provost for Strategy and Finance manages budgets, financial matters, hiring, and contracts for the Division of Academic Affairs, as well as oversees the Office of Business Intelligence. The Associate Provost for Strategy and Finance works closely with the Senior Associate Provost and the Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs and Institutional research in overseeing the development of strategies for growth for all the academic units of the university, and provides counsel to the Provost on other matters, including issues related to technology and intellectual property.

The Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics promotes and supports the effective use of data by key decision makers aligned with the University’s strategic goals. The Director collaborates with senior management of Academic Affairs, Enrollment Services, Finance, Institutional Research, Student Services and IT to identify, prioritize and implement strategic BI capabilities, including (but not limited to) consistent and robust data architectures, data marts, expansion of the data warehouse, delivering an actionable portfolio of reports, executive level dashboards and visual analytics.

The Director of Advising and Technology Integration manages institutional efforts to promote student success, retention, and persistence to graduation. Specifically, managing the implementation and utilization of new advising software, catalogue curriculum change process in coordination with student services.

The Graduate Affairs and Strategic Planning Assistant provides logistical and administrative support to the Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs and the Associate Provost for Strategy and Finance with assigned tasks. The Assistant also coordinates meetings and events sponsored by the Office of the Provost, as needed. She works with the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs by providing critical support of the Office of Graduate Affairs, serving as the primary liaison with the Office of Public Relations on the tracking, processing, and approval process for invoices related to graduate marketing and promotions. In addition, she assists the Associate Provost for Special Projects on faculty hiring, review of invoices, purchase orders, credit card statements, and other financial documentation.

The Administrative Assistant to the Associate Provost for Finance and Administration coordinates day-to-day operations of the office and provides support to all of the academic financial administrators. She reviews and processes all academic disbursement and determines the accuracy of all academic personnel assignments and payroll authorizations. She facilitates the faculty hiring process and assists in the administration of the Graduate Assistant Program.

The Director of Academic Events, Initiatives, and Planning reports to and provides high-level administrative support to the university's chief academic officer. The Director of Academic Events, Initiatives, and Planning, manages, plans, and executes academic events and plays a critical role in helping to advance academic initiatives and projects, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and foster collaboration and coordination among the administrative staff of the Provost's and President's office. The Director of Academic Events, Initiatives, and Planning is the DEI liaison in the Office of the Provost and oversees communications.
