  • Throw Rug for Bathroom

  • Two Wastebaskets (Trash and Recycling)
  • Desk and/or Floor Lamp (any single blub floor lamp)
  • Printer

  • Ironing Board and Iron (with automatic shut off)
  • Laundry Bag or Basket
  • Dry Erase Board for Outside Door
  • Microwave (800 Watt Maximum)
  • School Supplies
  • Camera
  • TV (Cable Ready) and Cable Wire
  • UL Approved Power Strip with Circuit Breaker
  •  Refrigerator (cannot exceed 4.0 cubic square feet)
  •  Thermometer
  •  Noise Cancelling Headphones

  •  All Multi bulb or Halogen Lamps
  • Extension Cords or Multiple Plug Adapters
  • Appliances with Open Coils or Sandwich/Panini Grills
  • Upholstered Furniture That Does Not Meet California Technical Bulletin 133
  • Lofts
  • Cinder Blocks or Bed Risers
  • Pets
  • Amplified Instruments
  • Tapestries/flags to hang on the wall

Notes:

  • All Residence Halls are Air Conditioned.
  • Halogen lamps and multi blub lamps are prohibited.
  • If you plan to bring an electrical item or piece of furniture that is not on this list, please contact our office at (973)761-9172 to be sure it is permitted.
