Break Housing Information

Housing & Residence Life has opened the Late Stay Housing Application and Summer Housing Application on eRezLife.

Late Stay Housing

During the week between the residence halls closing on Thursday, May 19 and Summer Housing beginning on Wednesday, May 25, Late Stay Housing is offered to Seton Hall residential students who complete the application through eRezLife and have one of the following reasons to stay:

  • University-related work commitment/working commencement,
  • A graduating senior,
  • An active, in-season athlete, or
  • Applying for Summer Housing

Residential students will remain in their current rooms during the Late Stay Housing period (aside from Boland Hall residents, who were notified that they will need to move to another hall).

The Late Stay Housing Application will close on Wednesday, May 11 and you will be notified by Friday, May 13 whether the request is approved.

Summer Housing

Summer Housing is available for Seton Hall University students who are enrolled in summer classes, working for the University, or completing a university-affiliated internship.

All students planning to live on campus for Summer Housing must submit the Summer Housing Application, even if the cost of their housing is being covered by a program or department. Applications must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the student’s anticipated move-in date for their session.

Summer 2022 Room Rates for Seton Hall Students:

  • Single Occupancy: $60 per day
  • Double Occupancy: $45 per day

Students may select the summer session in which they are enrolled. Due to summer program offerings, there are a limited number of single rooms available to students. Students must register with Disability Support Services to request a single space.

Summer housing will be hosted in Turrell Manor, with limited spacing available.
