Student Health Insurance

Full-time students are required to have health insurance coverage. You will receive a charge automatically for the Seton Hall student health insurance plan. 

  • If you already have health insurance (e.g. a parent's plan), you can waive Seton Hall's student health insurance coverage. 
  • If you plan to keep Seton Hall's student health insurance, please confirm enrollment in the plan as soon as possible.

How to Waive or Enroll

  • Log in to the Portal
  • Under "Bursar Account" click "Student Health Insurance: Waive or Enroll"
  • Click the Waive or the Enroll link
  • Scroll down and click the blue button ("Waive Now" or "Enroll Now")
  • Provide the information requested in the form

Waiver Deadline

September 4 (valid for 1 year; no spring waiver required)

  • If starting spring semester: February 3rd
