Meet Our Graduate Assistants

Hannah Gaston

Picture of Hannah GastonHannah Gaston, of Bluff Point, New York, is a student in the M.A. in Museum Professions program. Before becoming a Pirate, Gaston earned her B.A. in History from Elmira College. She credits her love of history to her many childhood vacations visiting national parks and historic sites. With a desire to continue learning about history, culture, and society, the museum field was the obvious next step. Ultimately, Gaston hopes to inspire and teach other young minds through her exhibits and programming work in museums and cultural institutions.


Nikki Malupa

Headshot of Nikki Malupa x222Nikki Malupa, of Metro Manila, Philippines, is a student in the M.A. in Public Relations program. Before pursuing graduate studies in the U.S., Malupa earned her B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in Media Production from Assumption College in her home country. After serving in leadership positions at Studio, Assumption’s events and media organization, she interned for Shell Philippines’ Corporate Social Responsibility department. In the future, she hopes to dedicate her career to empowering nonprofit organizations through media and relations.


Olivia Lason

Headshot of Olivia Lason x222Olivia Lason '17, of Newark, New Jersey, is a student in the M.A. in Public Relations program. Lason began her graduate studies after earning her B.A. in Public Relations from the University. She previously interned with Pfizer raising awareness for corporate responsibility practices in the healthcare sphere. Looking ahead, she hopes to help organizations become open-minded within their industries and make a positive impact on the world. 


Prasaadi Dangolla

Headshot of Prasaadi Dangolla x222Prasaadi Dangolla, of Kandy, Sri Lanka, is a student in the M.A. in Strategic Communication/M.A. in Diplomacy and International Relations program. Prior to attending the University, Dangolla earned her B.A. in Communications and B.A. in International Relations at Albright College. She credits her love of international relations to her traveling experiences. With a desire to continue learning about other cultures and how countries function in the international arena, graduate school was Dangolla’s next step. Looking ahead, she hopes to work at the United Nations representing her home country or be involved in foreign service. 


Sean Quinn

Headshot of Sean Quinn x222 Sean Quinn '14, of Cranford, New Jersey, is a student in the M.A. in Public Relations program. Quinn earned his B.A. in Journalism from the University, where he served in leadership roles for The Setonian and WSOU-FM. He then worked as a newspaper reporter  with the West Orange Chronicle and News-Record of Maplewood and South Orange, during which time he earned several New Jersey Press Association Awards. Quinn, a third-generation Pirate, hopes the knowledge and experience he receives at Seton Hall will help him achieve his dream of starting a career in public relations.
